YOUR PRACTICE
YOUR BODY TELLS YOUR STORY
BEFORE YOU EVER OPEN YOUR MOUTH.
You've tried yoga, mindfullness and meditation,
but somehow you're still fighting to feel good in your body.
I feel you.
And: It's not your fault. It's the practice.
Made by men. For men.
As women we need a differnt approach:

Pleasure Over Discipline.
Presence Over Performance.
Curiosity Over Perfectionism.
We are different.
And the only reason that you still struggle with your daily practice is, that it was never meant for you.
Dear fellow sister,
you've shared your story. In Yoga classes, in TeacherTrainings and on retreats.
For over 10 years I've been listening. And I found myself in every single challenge you shared:
-
fighting for the body you'd finally feel confident in
-
disciplining yourself to daily workout-like yoga session to gain flexibility and strenght
-
then choosing yin because you got tired of pushing yourself again
-
trying to calm your mind in 90 min sessions but still hustling 23/7
-
attending yoga teacher trainings to build your own practice – well ...
-
wanting to understand and heal your body, but subconsciously repeating performance pressure
You deserve to love your body
There is a way to feel the warmth and strength of your dynamic yoga practice AND feel deeply relaxed at the same time. You won't be looking forward to savasana anymore. Because each breath, each posture will feel this way.
For us women the constant rigidness, discipline and contractions of many traditional lineages isn't helpfull over the long term. It can lead into chronigue fatigue, procrastination or inner tension, restlessness and stress.
Everything most of us originally wanted to overcome when we started with yoga.
And it's not the chaturanga that's to blame. Neither handstand or 100 vinyasa. It's the way we breath. The way we activate the bandhas. It's the way we allow ourselves to find movement aside linear lines and right angels.

Let me share a secret:
Discipline is overrated.
Curiosity and pleasure is what heals our body, mind and soul.

For the woman who wants her physical presence to fill the room before she even enters.

What's Tantra?
There are two main philosophical systems in yogic tradition: The Yoga influenced by Samkhya, and Tantra.
While Samkhya urges you to transcend and leave the physical realm behind, Tantra embraces physical existence as the very essence of the path.
A tantric yoga practice is deeply breath-led, sensual, yet deliberate. It treats your body, emotions and thoughts as one interconnected weave.
With anatomical precision, every movement is guided from within, creating a profound connection to every bone and muscle. Your body grows stronger and more supple, and as you release physical tension, you free yourself from all the limiting beliefes.
This practice is about realizing that you are the absolute beauty of life itself, the power of the cosmos.

HI, MY NAME IS MARIA
I am a life-lover, a curious soul and visionary. I believe in a woman's infinate power to shift realities.
I navigate life and healing the way tantra pictures this reality: Soft, yet deep. Messy AND with pleasure. Dark, yet safe. With spiritual transcendence yet deeply rooted in physical presence.
I believe that by calling our power selfishly back to us, we are in greatest service to our loved ones, family and friends. Because our sheer existence expands like rippels into the space. Becoming present with all that is is what life is about. The messy. The Awe. The pleasure.
